Individual coaching includes:

  • Twelve 1 hour sessions over 3 months
  • Individual notes from every session emailed to you within 24 hours
  • Personalized “Home Action” with follow up activities for completion at home
  • For those who pay for the package in full, you enjoy UNLIMITED email coaching and THREE 20 minute check-ins over 3 months
  • For those who choose to pay in installments, you receive 5 emails per month

Group Coaching
Group coaching is a highly effective way to start or maintain your recovery program.

This is not your average support group! We work at the level of your potential and take targeted action each week toward your recovery.

Here’s what you get:

  • Gather weekly by phone with a supportive group of women
  • Excellent introduction to coaching that is cost effective.
  • Meet other women who will become part of your support network.
  • Develop lifelong friendships.
  • Deepen your feeling of connection with others – realizing that you are not alone.
  • Share challenges and triumphs and have FUN while doing it!

 

Group Coaching includes:

* Twelve group sessions over 3 months
*A private Yahoo group where you can post regularly throughout the group and beyond for support and questions
* Recorded phone calls so that you can listen in even if you have to miss a session
